We sell new, fully formed UAB companies with a share capital of 10,000 Lt. Sale price 2,000 Lt - 2,500 Lt.
- The lowest UAB sale price, 2,000 Lt, applies when the buyer orders accounting services for at least 12 months; accounting price from 77 Lt
- The full UAB sale price, 2,500 Lt, applies when the buyer keeps the accounting independently
April 2010: conversion
- Conversion price from 850 Lt to 1,050 Lt
- Standard price 1,050 Lt, 950 Lt with a 12-month accounting agreement, 850 Lt with an 18-month agreement
