1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the form on the page “We buy companies”, we process: name, telephone, email, company name, company code, description of activity, turnover, number of employees, information about assets and debts, desired price, comment, time of the enquiry, the page and (if present) the campaign tag given in the link. We keep the consent text and the time of consent, and an abbreviation of the sender’s IP address (a hash code) that cannot be converted back into an IP address. When you write by email, we process what you write to us.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process the data in order to respond to your enquiry and to assess the possibility of buying the company or providing services. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (point (b)). For the purpose of protection against abuse (limiting the frequency of enquiries) we process the IP hash code on the basis of legitimate interest (point (f)).

4. To whom we disclose data

Enquiry data is recorded in the enquiry spreadsheet used by the company in the Google Sheets service (data processor Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area applying the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission). The server of the website and the enquiry form is located in Germany (Hetzner). We do not transfer data to other persons, except where the law requires it.

5. Retention period

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months from the last contact; if a transaction is concluded, we keep it for as long as legal acts require. The consent record and the IP hash code we keep for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal). Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

7. Cookies and tracking

The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or external fonts. More: cookie notice.
