Conversion
Conversion is a change of a legal entity's legal form, where the entity of the new legal form takes over all the rights and obligations of the converted entity. After the conversion the legal entity does not cease to exist and its activity does not stop: only its legal form changes (an individual enterprise becomes a private limited company, an association becomes a public body, and so on). This does not affect the company's assets, rights and obligations: they remain with the legal entity of the new form.
What we do during a conversion
- prepare the owner's decision to convert the legal entity
- announce the decision in the daily newspaper named in the founding documents and notify all creditors
- register the converted company's legal status in the Register of Legal Entities
- prepare the financial statements of the legal entity of the new form
- reserve the name of the new legal form in the Register of Legal Entities
- submit the founding documents and forms to a notary for approval
- register the company in the Register of Legal Entities
Reorganisation
We prepare documents and advise those who want to reorganise a company by merger, division, joining or separation, or to convert it, that is, to change its legal form.
