We sell new, fully formed UAB companies and companies that have traded for several years.
New companies
We sell new, fully formed UAB companies with a share capital of EUR 2,500. A company with a larger share capital, EUR 15,000 or EUR 30,000, is also available. The new companies for sale do not trade at present, but they can engage in all permitted activities.
The price of a company includes a registered address in Vilnius with correspondence handling, the registration documents, a company seal, a bank account and more.
Which companies are sold
The companies for sale have no debts and no contractual or guarantee obligations, and their accounting is in order. They are companies ready to work, whether new or with a trading history.
Trading companies
We also sell UAB companies that have traded for several years with positive financial indicators. The price of such a company is set individually, according to its share capital, financial history and the buyers' wishes.
Prices
- New company without debts (not a VAT payer): EUR 955, with 24 months of accounting services: EUR 355
- New company without debts (VAT payer): EUR 1,455, with 24 months of accounting services: EUR 1,255
The price is final, VAT is not added.
